4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Prague Tour All Inclusive.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per person unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm pricing before completing your reservation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation by Prague Tour All Inclusive due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

6. Tour Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, and the public.
• Prague Tour All Inclusive reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prague Tour All Inclusive is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the tour, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or adverse weather conditions. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Prague Tour All Inclusive and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
